ENCORE ("we", "us") respects your privacy and explains how we collect and use your data.

4a. Google Account Data (Limited Use)

ENCORE uses Google APIs to operate parts of the platform. We access Google account data only for the specific functions described here.

  • What we access. Through Google's authorization screen, ENCORE requests permission to read messages and to create drafts in Google accounts that the operator connects. These are accounts belonging to ENCORE and to ENCORE's operator — including personal accounts the operator has chosen to connect, so they are not all ENCORE-operated mailboxes. ENCORE does not access members' Google accounts, and members are not asked to connect one.
  • What we use it for. Receiving and preparing replies to correspondence relating to ENCORE. Nothing else.
  • What we do not do. We do not sell Google account data. We do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide these functions, where required by law, or with your explicit consent. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
  • Storage and retention. Access credentials are stored on ENCORE-controlled infrastructure and are not shared. Message content is not retained beyond what the function requires.
  • How to revoke. Access can be withdrawn at any time from the Google account's own security settings, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking immediately ends ENCORE's access.

ENCORE's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Cookies

Cookies are used for analytics and improving user experience.

5a. Advertising, Cookies and Third-Party Data

  • Cookies we use. ENCORE uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to work — signing you in, keeping your session, remembering membership status and cart contents — and a limited set for product analytics, so we can see which features are used and where the platform is failing people.
  • Third-party advertising. ENCORE may display advertising supplied by third-party providers, including Google AdSense. Where advertising is served, those providers may set their own cookies or similar identifiers and may use them to select and measure ads.
  • Personalized advertising and your choices. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to ENCORE or other sites. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at Google Ads Settings, and out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices. Browser settings can also block or delete cookies, though doing so may break parts of ENCORE that depend on them.
  • What we do not do. We do not sell your personal information. We do not provide advertising partners with your membership content, private messages, or ROSA memory.
  • Where you live matters. Additional consent requirements apply in some regions.

We take reasonable measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.

8. Data Retention

We retain data as necessary for services and legal compliance.

9. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for external websites.

10. Children’s Privacy

ENCORE is not intended for users under 18.
