1. Platform Overview

ENCORE is a membership-based platform offering social networking, marketplace services, events, gig listings, education, and affiliate programs.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must provide accurate information

3. Accounts & Membership

  • Users are responsible for account security
  • ENCORE may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion

4. Marketplace & Vendors

Vendors are independent and responsible for their own products, services, taxes, and legal compliance.

5. Payments, Chargebacks & Fraud

  • Payments are processed via third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal)
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • Vendors handle disputes unless otherwise stated

6. Events & Gigs

Event organizers and gig posters are fully responsible for their listings. ENCORE does not guarantee outcomes.

7. User Content

Users retain ownership of content but grant ENCORE a license to display and promote it on the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All ENCORE branding and platform assets are owned by ENCORE.

9. SMS & Communications

By using ENCORE, you consent to receive SMS messages via providers such as Twilio.

10. Adult Content

  • Allowed only for verified 21+ users
  • Illegal or non-consensual content is strictly prohibited

11. Moderation

ENCORE uses a report-based moderation system and does not actively monitor all content.

12. Vendor Compliance

Vendors must comply with all laws and may be required to submit documentation or certifications.

13. Affiliate Program

Affiliate commissions and participation are subject to separate Affiliate Terms.

14. Platform Liability

ENCORE is not responsible for user actions, vendor activities, or financial losses.

15. Platform Intervention

ENCORE may intervene in disputes at its discretion but is not obligated to do so.

16. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the United States.

17. Termination

ENCORE may terminate access at any time for violations.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. and Arizona law.
